The Corporate Services Department is managed by Marcus Jenks, Head of Corporate Services, who is supported by a team of three managers to help provide the necessary governance framework and co-ordination of strategic planning  to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Service. 

Like any other Fire & Rescue Service, we have to ensure that the necessary finance, governance and back up support for our front line colleagues is in place.

To help meet these challenges the Corporate Services Department is split into three functions, each lead by a Manager who is specialist in their own area and manages their respective functions: 
 

  • Administration
  • Finance
  • Performance Management
