The Performance Management function is lead by Stewart Ross our Performance and Best Value Manager, who is supported by a Performance Co-ordinator in tracking and reporting on our performance against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement.   

 

Examples of the Performance Management team areas of responsible include:
 

  • Management, co-ordination and production of our Service Plan, which outlines our strategic aims over the coming 3 years, and shows clear links upwards to the Scottish Government Single Outcome Agreement, and downwards to Departmental Plans.

     

  • Co-ordination and management of our Performance Management systems which include on-line departmental reporting and an in-house developed performance indicator traffic light system. 

     

  • Co-ordination and production of the annual Public Performance Report, which reports our performance over the previous 12 months.
