The Human Resources, or HR Department provides the following services:
 
  • HR advice and support to managers and staff on recruitment, promotion, transfers, terms and conditions, contracts of employment, grievance and discipline and retirement.

     

  • Employee Wellbeing - we encourage our employees to look after their health and to support this we provide an Occupational Health service as well as the AXA ICAS Wellbeing programme which is available on-line to both employees and their families.

     

  • The development of HR Policies and Procedures by monitoring UK and EC legislation and revising policies to ensure best practice

     

  • Provision of management information for both internal and external purposes.

     

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR focused performance indicators.
