Learning & Development
The Learning and Development section has two dedicated team members responsible for facilitating the development of our personnel.
Development is managed utilising the Integrated Personal Development System (IPDS) framework and its key components, Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and Personal Development Recording system PDRpro.
This section also supports the development of management skills through the Supervisory Management Programme (SMP).
The overarching aim is to support the development of our workforce so that their range of skills and abilities matches the needs of the Service and Community as identified by the Integrated Risk Management Planning Process. The resources within the Learning and Development section, and its partner section, Design and Development, focus on meeting this aim.
