Like every other Fire & Rescue Service in Scotland, we face the challenge of protecting the services we deliver for the people of the Highlands and Islands.
 
Along with the rest of the public sector, we must now work together to deliver these services with fewer resources.
 

Within the Service we continue to identify efficiency savings, but we are also keen to hear your constructive ideas as to how you think we can reduce the costs of running Highland & Islands Fire & Rescue Service however large or small they may be.
