You have the right of access to information held by Highlands & Islands Fire & Rescue Service (HIFRS), subject to certain exemptions, under various pieces of legislation, depending on the type of information.

access to information held by Scottish public authorities, subject to certain conditions and

Information
The Environmental Information Regulations gives the public the right
to ask for information which 'relates to the environment' held by HIFRS, subject to certain
exceptions.
