 21:08:55 (1st July)  Small amount of rubbish on fire - extinguished using one hose reel jet.  Inverness
 02:26:05 (02nd July) Special service. Occupant locked himself in house with gas turned on. Crews stood by whilst neighbouring flats were evacuated.  Occupant taken to hospital as a precaution   Inverness
 23:40:51 (4th July)  One female stuck in lift. Fire crews used crow bar to release.  Inverness
 10:45:55 (5th July) Two vehicle road traffic collision. Fire crews righted one vehicle to gain access and disconnect battery  Fort Augustus
19:40:58 (5th July) Small amount of rubbish destroyed by fire. Canvas buckets in use to extinguish. Inverness
16:57:07 (7th July) A one vehicle road traffic collision. Crews made vehicle safe.  Inverness

 11:24:41 (02nd July) Two children stranded on a marshy bank of the River Spey. No action required. Children had made their own way to safety.   Kingussie
11:19:17 (3rd Jul)   2 Articulated lorries and 1 commercial lorry road traffic collision.  Crews used 3 sets of cutting gear and 1 set of specialised cutting gear.  1 fatality and 1 casualty involved. Kingussie

 13:05:33 (4th July)  Detachable head piece of massage chair destroyed by fire. No fire action required, extinguished on arrival. Aviemore

15:43:50 (4th July) Minor road traffic collision involving three vehicles, one caravan and one horsebox. Fire crews made the vehicles and scene safe. Newtonmore

 02:21:46 (6th July) A fire inside a house, damage was confined to a sleeping bag destroyed by fire and light smoke damage to the rest of the house. The fire was extinguished using one hosereel jet. One person was checked out by paramedics. Grantown

 06:54:30 (5th July)  A car was 100% destroyed by fire. Crews used two hosereel jets and two sets of breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire. Invergordon

One male casualty fallen from ladder onto deck of boat, suffering broken ankle.
Fire crews used roof ladder to lift casualty onto wheelhouse and a safety line to push him up to waiting ambulance personnel.
