Corporate Services
Departmental Structure
The Corporate Services Department is managed by the Head of Corporate Services, Mr Alex MacAllister, supported by a team of three managers based at Service HQ in Inverness. The Corporate Service Team is responsible for co-ordinating strategy and strategic planning, corporate governance and procurement, asset managment, as well as the following services:
Administration
- Administration Support
- Access to Information via Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act & Data Protection Act
- Website and HIFRS Intranet maintenance
- Managment of Compliment & Complaints system
Finance
- Financial Monitoring - Capital and Revenue
- Payroll
- Budget Setting and Forecasting
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
Performance Management
- Co-ordination of Strategic Plan
- Monitoring and Reporting of Performance
- Production of Public Performance Report
